it’s my biggest falio, i fuckin hate my philtrum. My upper lip is thin, and my philtrum length is about 18-19 mm. Is pcl cog threads legit? and maybe filler or botox? I wanna 4-5 mm shorter philtrum without surgery, also if this legit, I will do it and post guide here
