Sleeping 8-10hours a day,eating highly nutritious food,Keeping a bf% of 12-18%,Avoiding smoking and other drugs.Weightlifting can make you taller since you are applying pressure to your femur when squatting,and your other bones when you target them.If you have access to peptides or steroids they will help if you are supervised by a professional,but keep in mind that it is mostly genetics.
