Whenever I slept 3h a night the next day I would be having that depressed abused dog voice, girls women men all get ick from that.


But when I slept like 7-9h esp 9h my voice would be deep I could even feel the vibration from my vocal cord to my adam’s apple.

Force yourself with a proper schedule for a week or so, you'll find it easier to stick to it then
