How I fixed bad skin texture around my forhead

Did you see your forhead recently look like this? Usually its a result of shit lighting when its most visible but its a pain in the ass. I recently realized I had got rid off it, Let me tell you how. (this isnt me btw jfl)

Now mine is as smooth as a babys butt.

I followed a bunch of collagen boosting protocols, from being so much into skincare. My skin looked like absolute dog shit and was my biggest insecurity.

Heres what fixed it for me :

Lowering temperature of showers and finishing off shower with cold
Vitamin C megadose (3000-5000mg daily)
Cutting out coffee (hardest one)
Drinking slightly more water, I would literally get all my hydration from soda, teas , coffees the whole day, this rapes ur skin. Just drink like 1L extra, dont go overboard.
Jelly (its low calorie too, amazing for collagen)
Hylauornic acid
Moisturizing daily
Losing weight (tightens skin)
sudocrem cream

Meanwhile as you follow these protocols just use a concealer to hide it, hair also helps hide it. Overall if you follow most of these I can gurantee you in 1 or 2 month time your skin will look completely different.

it was from sweat and oil bc i was a bit nasty back then
