How I fixed triple eyelids (very easy)

I used to have this. Triple eyelids. The phot isn't of me, but of a person from reddit.

Anyways, it made me look bad.
I searched everywhere for a solution, but I couldn't find it.

One day, I decided to go on keto and reduce my insulin levels and blood sugar, and exercise more.
It resolved itself within a few days. I figured out I likely had INSULIN RESISTANCE.

In my experience, whether I have triple eyelids or not is a good indicator of my blood sugar at the moment.
I probably still have insulin resistance, but it's better now.

In summary, reduce your insulin and blood sugar levels.
Metabolic health issues will ALWAYS descend you in some way.
