Im typing this on the max incline treadmill as we speak so typos or weird formatting might happen

MY GOAL
become addicted to cardio

So far it has been a success i will do miles and miles ( im at 5.5 miles as im typing this) and then ill get a shower and immediately crave cardio (yes I crave the treadmill )

WHY IS THIS BENEFICIAL?
its pretty obvious why im doing this

everytime you do cardio you snort a bit of coke, then you become addicted to cardio, after a while youll be lean and have a crippling coke addiction

As you do more cardio you get diminishing returns. Your body will find ways to move less throughout the rest of the day. Especially if you are in a deficit your body will compensate even more and all you are doing is fatiguing urself and wasting ur time not to mention how common catabolism is in a deficit. Just eat less and keep protein high if in a deficit...
