Yes, it worked faster that tretinoin, isotret, doxycycline and any other bs (but longterm not guaraunteed)
I've struggled with acne for probably the last year or so, especially hormonal acne on my forehead and chin (which has left marks.)
ANYONE WHO HAS HAD HORMONAL ACNE KNOWS IT FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RID OFF
Ok now what is this great promised cure...
DIM (Diindolylmethane)
Google: Diindolylmethane is made in the body from a chemical called indole-3-carbinol, which is found in cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli. Diindolylmethane might act like estrogen in the body, but might also block estrogen effects. It appears to help destroy cancer cells and reduce swelling.
Now what DIM is supposed to do is to lower bad estrogen levels and therefore theoretically increase free testosterone levels in the body. By doing this it helps hormone balance, which is where it comes into play with helping hormonal acne. I noticed it cleared my acne within 2 weeks of 200mg a day (paired with Calcium D-Glucarate.)
Calcium D-Glucarate has promisingn results of detoxifying the body of unneeded hormones such as extra estrogen, flushing them out instead of them being re-absorbed back into the blood.
Now you don't have to supplement this but you would need to eat a shit load of cruciferous vegetables to get the effects of the pill.
Current things I've used:
DIM (200mg daily)
Calcium D-Glucarate (600mg daily)
Berberine (acts as a GDA) (500-1500mg daily, depending on how many high-carb meals I have)
P-5-P (to lower prolactin) (40mg Daily)
Berberine and P5P are only to lower blood-sugar spikes and prolactin levels before possibly roiding
I have also been using 0.05% Tretenoin and 20% Azelaic Acid and that may have slightly helped skin as well
But at the end of this its down to your internal health and how much unwanted shit you're carrying round in the body
So go get some DIM and CDG if hormonal acne isn't clearing. I wouldn't say this is a permanent solution but will definitley help!

Before:
After:
This is obviously different lighting but you can see I have no pimples as such on this region, just marks.
Also worked for my chin but didn't have a before pic.
