Second off, I cant just “straighten my spine”. There is no known cure to scoliosis. If it was that easy I wouldnt have scoliosis in the first place, and wouldnt be planning spinal fusion surgery. The only way that has been shown to help fix scoliosis to an extent is bracing while growing, as your body grows more into the braced spine position. The only way I could have mitigated my scoliosis was by growing a little, and then because of that, I grew maybe .5 inches (generous). I also have my spine fully straightened for like 30 minutes after I wake up due to bracing for 13 hours and spinal decompression, and when that happens, im taller than my dad, so im about 5’10.5. It used to be where I was only 5’9 on the dot in the mornings. You can choose to believe what you want lol but i can’t believe some idiots think you can just “straighten your spine”

In this thread, I will discuss how I was able to grow two inches at nearly fused plates, my experience, and the affects HGH has on every facet of the mind and body.

To preface and be transparent, I am currently 5’9.25-5’9.5 throughout the day, and 5’10.5 ish in the morning. As of march I was 5’7.75 and about 5’8.9 in the morning. I also have double curve scoliosis, lumbar and ribcage. I was also able to lessen my curvature by about 10 degrees, 43->34, which solved my physique asymmetry largely, and has puzzled many professional doctors. 16 years old, 5’4 sister, 5’10.84 dad (180cm), malnourished/extreme cut during puberty, 5’5 mom, dutch genes (6’1 uncle 6’3 cousins)

(They made me position my hands in a very specific way, in both images im 14-17 BF%)

Upon seeing my growth plate status today, the doctor said I would likely grow 1-3cm more at the max, so about the 5’10 mark.

So what did I do?

I used HGH + Ai. I noticed rapid nail growth (nothing crazy but still pretty fast), Nearly encountered prediabites and lots of nose bleeds. I ran 5-6 IU of HGH, and 12.5mg of aromasin e3d-eod. If i were to do it again, here are my pointers.
1. GET A GOOD DISPOSAL FOR NEEDLES, there is lots of trash, (needles, achohol wipes, vials, caps, etc. Have a dedicated hiding spot for your container and throw it in a public trash can or in the woods.
2. HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH SUPPLIES
always have backup needles and buy online. Its much cheaper and you can buy in bulk, at least have enough inventory of everything for 2 weeks, as that is how long shipping can take (hgh included)
3. BE CAREFUL!!!
Because of insecure teen boys on this site, everyone thinks their a genius because “oh muh modern pharmacology bro, you can mitigate side affects of everything” well guess what androgenic and clav are dying at 40 and in fact taking roids at 14-17 is NOT safe. There is no other body you get, you WILL DIE SOONER if you take roids. Get bloodwork, do your research!! and make sure to measure blood glucose 2-3x weekly and blood pressure 1x weekly. And dont take tren or test, it doesn't work and is extremely unsafe.

Eat a ton of carbs, and eat in a surplus. Dont listen to teen boys with an eating disorder on this site, telling you to be at 12% BF. Ive been there and i’ve done that. Only maintain a healthy body fat, 14-19% should be fine. Lean is law only after you hit 18. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, how the fuck do you think there is going to literally be more of you when your body is eating itself away? Eat clean and a decent amount of carbs, 200-300, and eat a decent amount of protein too. DONT FORGET YOUR BERBINE AFTER CARB HEAVY MEALS.
I also got like 9-10 hours of sleep during this period, which is very helpful.

Stretches were another part of my program, and it was probably the easiest. I simply did dead hangs for two minutes daily, along with other stretches I found on height maxxing threads and ones that just felt good for my back. Dont overthink this part and just stretch as much as you can throughout the day.

The scoliosis part was the best for me in this whole journey. Nobody could tell I had it, but when my shirt was off it definitely looked a little off. My physique asymmetry is largely gone, but more importantly I dont feel any pain anymore, and best of all, I have much much better posture. I feel like I reverse aged by 40 years. I do want to mention the stretches may have also played a role in this part, potentially in combination with the Ai+hgh.
Another important part is I did lots of bracing. I wore a day brace 2-5 hours daily and wore a back brace at night for 10 hours. If you don’t have a brace for scoliosis, please see a medical professional as soon as possible, dont try to do some makeshift or online shit.

I wanted to see if HGH may make cope methods work, so I did a percussion massager, maximum speed for 10-25 minutes on the face for two weeks (bone smashing) to try to see if it worked in combination with HGH, but literally nothing. Bone smashing is stupid as fuck and if you do it your an idiot. HGH doesnt magically make it work, I just showed all of you. I also tried thumbpulling (the jordan wood method) and was extremely extremely consistent and dilligent. Literally went to the bathroom to thumbpull for minutes throughout the day and it did utter fuck all nothing. Ive got a super flat maxilla and recessed jaw, luckily some miracle by the gods gave me a decent enough chin which quite literally is the difference between be being a lltn and a hmtn. Because my jaw is so shit I really hoped it would help but it really didn’t do anything.

For my physique, it also suprisingly didnt do anything. It definitely helped me burn fat because I would eat so much food in order to grow and im still around the same BF. It really just helps for cutting, but even with a locked in diet, protein, carbs, surplus, training U/L 2x weekly training to failure and doing 3 martial arts with tons of sleep im still skinny asf. My guess is I have elite shit genetics for bodybuilding tho, as I been going to the gym since january 2024 and dont look like I’ve seen a barbell in my life. My strength has gone up significantly, but my muscles are still extremely small. I stopped going to the gym as consistently in late july to focus in on height gains as much as possible if the gym wouldnt help. Now I just go 1-2x weekly to maintain a bit and to keep my testosterone high. Read @SlayerJonas thread on peptides affecting bone growth, it’s worth a look.

Current plan is to use the last of my supply of HGH and needles and whatnot since my btc was put under my dads name with him and my bank is under my name, so it flagged my account and no longer works. Brutal. After this I might run cjc W/Dac and ipam to potentially squeeze out a cm more of height before my plates fully fuse. I’ll probably do 4IUs of HGH until then to keep my supply as long as possible while also maximizing IGF-1 Levels.

Also MK doesnt work, I tried it in december-February and it didnt help with shit, and enclo fuses plates prematurely, and lowers free testosterone, so just avoid this stack altogether, stay natty or go full gear, dont be a bitch and go in between.

Im also putting together a huge supplement bone mass stack that has potential and is backed purely by studies and science from my own research, the stack is something brand new that nobody else has really talked about on here. I got all the supps and am taking it rn, if it works even a bit ill likely post a thread on it a few months down the road.

Most likely scenario I grew like an inch and a half, then because I was using my back brace so much it also undid some of my scoliosis giving me about another half inch or so.

"nearly encountered prediabetes" but didnt do any bloods? + 3/4 months is too little to see effects of gh, unless you are a hyper responsive person
3-4 months is plenty of time to see height increase from hgh even if your arent a hyper responder:lul:

For anyone complaining about how hard it is being 5’10 on this site or anywhere for that matter shut up

Height is invisible at 5’9-5’11 dont listen to people who have gone too far into the blackpill and believe all women are like slutty people on dating apps or in street interviews. The cause is that every man in the west larps his height by two inches, leading them to invision 6’0 men at 5’10 and 5’10 men at 5’8. Just larp your height by two inches, fraud 1-1.5 inches irl (do NOT overdo this), and your completely fine. The heightpill only comes into play when your 5’7 and below, or live in europe (just geomaxx). When I frauded to 5’9 when I was 5’7 or even barefoot I was never called short maybe once or twice but not often whatsoever.

Creating a cuck fantasy where a 6’3 chad picks up your girl is unrealistic, as men 6’0+ is less than 18% of the global population of men, and this mindset literally has no benifit WHATSOEVER. Its important to be concious of the blackpill and try to be kind and a good person because of it, but as someone who has experienced it and dealt with it for two years, dont let it consume you.

I wanted to see if HGH may make cope methods work, so I did a percussion massager, maximum speed for 10-25 minutes on the face for two weeks (bone smashing) to try to see if it worked in combination with HGH, but literally nothing. Bone smashing is stupid as fuck and if you do it your an idiot. HGH doesnt magically make it work, I just showed all of you. I also tried thumbpulling (the jordan wood method) and was extremely extremely consistent and dilligent. Literally went to the bathroom to thumbpull for minutes throughout the day and it did utter fuck all nothing. Ive got a super flat maxilla and recessed jaw, luckily some miracle by the gods gave me a decent enough chin which quite literally is the difference between be being a lltn and a hmtn. Because my jaw is so shit I really hoped it would help but it really didn’t do anything.

For my physique, it also suprisingly didnt do anything. It definitely helped me burn fat because I would eat so much food in order to grow and im still around the same BF. It really just helps for cutting, but even with a locked in diet, protein, carbs, surplus, training U/L 2x weekly training to failure and doing 3 martial arts with tons of sleep im still skinny asf. My guess is I have elite shit genetics for bodybuilding tho, as I been going to the gym since january 2024 and dont look like I’ve seen a barbell in my life. My strength has gone up significantly, but my muscles are still extremely small. I stopped going to the gym as consistently in late july to focus in on height gains as much as possible if the gym wouldnt help. Now I just go 1-2x weekly to maintain a bit and to keep my testosterone high. Read @SlayerJonas thread on peptides affecting bone growth, it’s worth a look.

Current plan is to use the last of my supply of HGH and needles and whatnot since my btc was put under my dads name with him and my bank is under my name, so it flagged my account and no longer works. Brutal. After this I might run cjc W/Dac and ipam to potentially squeeze out a cm more of height before my plates fully fuse. I’ll probably do 4IUs of HGH until then to keep my supply as long as possible while also maximizing IGF-1 Levels.

Also MK doesnt work, I tried it in december-February and it didnt help with shit, and enclo fuses plates prematurely, and lowers free testosterone, so just avoid this stack altogether, stay natty or go full gear, dont be a bitch and go in between.

Im also putting together a huge supplement bone mass stack that has potential and is backed purely by studies and science from my own research, the stack is something brand new that nobody else has really talked about on here. I got all the supps and am taking it rn, if it works even a bit ill likely post a thread on it a few months down the road.

Most likely scenario I grew like an inch and a half, then because I was using my back brace so much it also undid some of my scoliosis giving me about another half inch or so.

to an extent. Again, im extremely transparent and honest, I was malnourished through nearly all of puberty (other than a few months at 14), ate little to no carbs, and my parents height is 5’5 and 180cm (5’10-11 ish), idk what to tell you im just trying to help others out. in the mornings im a little taller than my dad and I pretty much stopped growing (since late august) even tho im still doing the hgh and ai. A big part was likely catch up growth in combination with super optimized diet, hgh, stretching, and bracing, but I think my finds are interesting nonetheless.
Hey, I was also malnourished when I was younger I'm 17 rn and 180 cm roughly my uncle is 205 cm though and i was very sleep deprived when i was younger as well and wanna catch up do you have any specific stretches you did or what did you do for sleep or decompression?
 
In this thread, I will discuss how I was able to grow two inches at nearly fused plates, my experience, and the affects HGH has on every facet of the mind and body.

To preface and be transparent, I am currently 5’9.25-5’9.5 throughout the day, and 5’10.5 ish in the morning. As of march I was 5’7.75 and about 5’8.9 in the morning. I also have double curve scoliosis, lumbar and ribcage. I was also able to lessen my curvature by about 10 degrees, 43->34, which solved my physique asymmetry largely, and has puzzled many professional doctors. 16 years old, 5’4 sister, 5’10.84 dad (180cm), malnourished/extreme cut during puberty, 5’5 mom, dutch genes (6’1 uncle 6’3 cousins)

Upon seeing my growth plate status today, the doctor said I would likely grow 1-3cm more at the max, so about the 5’10 mark.

So what did I do?

I used HGH + Ai. I noticed rapid nail growth (nothing crazy but still pretty fast), Nearly encountered prediabites and lots of nose bleeds. I ran 5-6 IU of HGH, and 12.5mg of aromasin e3d-eod. If i were to do it again, here are my pointers.
1. GET A GOOD DISPOSAL FOR NEEDLES, there is lots of trash, (needles, achohol wipes, vials, caps, etc. Have a dedicated hiding spot for your container and throw it in a public trash can or in the woods.
2. HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH SUPPLIES
always have backup needles and buy online. Its much cheaper and you can buy in bulk, at least have enough inventory of everything for 2 weeks, as that is how long shipping can take (hgh included)
3. BE CAREFUL!!!
Because of insecure teen boys on this site, everyone thinks their a genius because “oh muh modern pharmacology bro, you can mitigate side affects of everything” well guess what androgenic and clav are dying at 40 and in fact taking roids at 14-17 is NOT safe. There is no other body you get, you WILL DIE SOONER if you take roids. Get bloodwork, do your research!! and make sure to measure blood glucose 2-3x weekly and blood pressure 1x weekly. And dont take tren or test, it doesn't work and is extremely unsafe.

Eat a ton of carbs, and eat in a surplus. Dont listen to teen boys with an eating disorder on this site, telling you to be at 12% BF. Ive been there and i’ve done that. Only maintain a healthy body fat, 14-19% should be fine. Lean is law only after you hit 18. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, how the fuck do you think there is going to literally be more of you when your body is eating itself away? Eat clean and a decent amount of carbs, 200-300, and eat a decent amount of protein too. DONT FORGET YOUR BERBINE AFTER CARB HEAVY MEALS.
I also got like 9-10 hours of sleep during this period, which is very helpful.

Stretches were another part of my program, and it was probably the easiest. I simply did dead hangs for two minutes daily, along with other stretches I found on height maxxing threads and ones that just felt good for my back. Dont overthink this part and just stretch as much as you can throughout the day.

The scoliosis part was the best for me in this whole journey. Nobody could tell I had it, but when my shirt was off it definitely looked a little off. My physique asymmetry is largely gone, but more importantly I dont feel any pain anymore, and best of all, I have much much better posture. I feel like I reverse aged by 40 years. I do want to mention the stretches may have also played a role in this part, potentially in combination with the Ai+hgh.
Another important part is I did lots of bracing. I wore a day brace 2-5 hours daily and wore a back brace at night for 10 hours. If you don’t have a brace for scoliosis, please see a medical professional as soon as possible, dont try to do some makeshift or online shit.

check if ur plates are open, even a little bit. I took 5mg melatonin, 500mg magnesium, dark room, and wore a scoliosis brace. If u dont have scoliosis then decompression doesnt really matter. The best stretch is dead hangs just fucking spam those

wow that's quite the accomplishment! 2 inches at nearly fused plates is no small feat. curious to know more about your stack and routine - what exactly did you end up using? how long were you on it for?
 
I'm 16 and 5'7, probably 5'7.5 or 5'8 if i fix my posture and maybe stretches but my concern for my height lowkey caused me to be really depressed about it, i wish i was even 5'9 or 5'10, id honestly think id be happy at that height, anyways i fraud to 5'9 at school and im just around or slightly below average i think average here in my country for guys our gen is like 5'8.5-5'9.5,

i was malnourished and sleep deprived throughout my puberty and i really regret it and so depressed about it man i wish i could take it all back
