How i loose weight

I just drink cola zero 1l and this kills my appetite then i just eat a little bit of somethign

I like it, i feel how i get leaner and feel lighter
Sometimes my head gets a little weird because i dont drink water but its ok

Losing fat isn't hard but I wouldn't call it easy, and maintaining shreds is honestly difficult even beginning at sub-15% naturally and 11-15% isn't even shredded tbh
