I had been doing NoFap for 3 months+lifting for 2 years+normie haircut+normie clothes. I'm 5'11 and have a low trust face primitive face. I had a high self esteem and confidence at the time, actually believing that I could get laid.

I met my HS crush at the bus stop. She started talking to me, she asked me to sit next to her (I was stadning up cause all the seats where taken so she pitited me), one thing brought the other, I asked her "Do you want to?", she replied "Sure, why not?" and then I asked her for her number. If it wasn't for NoFap and being desperate af I wouldn't have taken such initiative with her since back in HS, she rejected me 4 times and told me to never call her again.

A few days later, I call her, she asked me where I was, I told her some BS story about hiking with friends ( I came up with that on spot) and she started laughing uncontrollably. I don't even know why she found it so funny tbh. Anyways, I ask her if she wanted to go for coffee with me and she told me to pick a time and day.

I went out with her and he spent 4 hours together. It was pretty exhausting. I could tell in the first 30 mimutes that she wasn't interested in me, I felt friendzoned but I sticked around becuase I liked her a lot. We were talking about all sorts of random things while walking by the sea. We sat at a bench and just gazed into the endless blue.

I got a sunstroke on our way back and when the "date" ended all she told me was to go home and get some rest. Pretty disappointing tbh but I wasn't ready to give up on her. Stay tuned for part 2.

It doesn't lower inhib. What it does, is that it will make it so that you definately take action when an opportunity is presented. Since you are abandoning the comfort of going home and wanking, you will try to seize the opportunity and have sex with a real woman instead. At least that's what it did for me.

If I was fapping, I wuld have doubted myself and just let her go.

I didn't have any either. I had met her a few months before doing nofap and she was so kind to me and I told her that I was gonna study and pass al my exams and she told me to go for it. I didn't want to let her down and that's what kept me on the right path. Kinda beta I know, but sometimes you need to cope somehow in order to fight.

Oh yeah man, legit seeing a hot woman motivates me more than any other thing in the world even if its a cope. I'll be on the bus one day and see a peng ting walk by, and automatically I'll be like; "I need to get my life in order. Gym, study, socialise, repeat." ect ect. It was my motivation at the time. Later on, after she rejected me, my motivation was to finish college so that I can ldar for 6 months until I went for a post graduate. Kinda sad honestly, but as an incel, you have to do what is the best available option.
