Here's my routine:
- Going to sleep without a pillow making sure to clench while falling asleep
- Working out 3 times a week (chest, back, shoulders)
- Drinking 1L of milk per day, no exceptions
- Tretinoin 1% all over the face including the nose
- Squint all the time in order to train eyebrow muscles
- Playing football at least 3 times a week
- Avoiding sun and taking vitamin D
- Learning about National Socialism and race theory
