How I’m getting lean

Habits
I try to do around 3 to 6 hours of cardio per day wether that be on my walking pad or just walking around my city.


Diet
I try to eat as least as possible without causing my body serious harm or discomfort

appetite
I try to drink around 3 energy drinks a day for appetite suppression

Crash diet but you do you. Good luck

You’ll lose plenty of muscle though. You can keep some of it if you keep doing resistance training & consuming lots of protein. You might already know this, but I said it anyway just in case

Not telling you what to do, but consider rethinking your approach to this

Regular calorie deficit is better than what you’re going to do
