I want to learn how to buy property, rent it out for more than the mortgage repayments every month so I make cash flow passive income every month of like $300-500 per property.

So to master this im doing 2 things

1. Pirated courses,

theres a few 1000-5000 dollar courses on this. but im pirating them. listening to them while im at work or while driving to and from work in the car
and writing notes as i hear important information

2. Pirated audiobooks

after completing all the course on this ive got a decent understanding of how to do it. but not a complete mastery of it. so im turning to books

but cba to read a book so im pirating the audiobooks

i found the top 10 books on this topic, ordered them in order of most reviews and listening to them 1 by 1.

will listen at work and in the car again


so by the end of next week, or the week after. i should have a fully indepth knowledge of everything about this topic and then i can start doing it

thousands of dollars of information downloaded for free, and digested while working/driving

why spend thousands on a store tho when u could just copy them in every aspect for free

yes bro , the problem im having is

im persuing ecom but its not guaranteed. what if it doesnt work out

whereas property is just guaranteed

so trying to persue both so i have chance to make a lot of money via ecom. but also security with property. but im spreading myself thin with my shitty wagie salary

It's actually straight forward tbh. Just too time-consuming for me personally. But yeah, if you find a person you can trust, you can outsource a lot of the process. Just make sure you are the person who controls the money and all big decisions.

The only thing that everyone needs is enough money to buy a property to rent out. Good luck doing that with home prices and high mortgage rates .

The only hope is somehow all these companies that bought all these homes are forced to liquidate them if we have some liquidity crisis like 2008, or 2020 ( but the feds acted so fast we didn't have a prolonged crash).

Ideally we stay in depressed economic activity while having a good job market ( so we keep our jobs while stocks and housing market are low )
