I'm gonna have a day where I eat whatever I want tommorow to celebrate.
After that I'm getting my shit on track and organizing myself.
I've always eaten a box pizza once a week for years and that would usually put me at a 1000 calorie surplus.
If I cut that shit plus any other junk food out and just ate whole-non processed food, how much would that actually benefit me?
