i have decent amount of muscle but over the past few months i got extra 4kg. I can lose fat fast through starvmaxxing or just cutting sugar and unnecessary food, but i would like to know what's your favorite ''lazy'' type of cardio in the gym since i don't run (sometimes i hit the punching bag but i don't want to be annoying in the gym since it's loud) i also like swimming and incline fast walking.

It's not that annoying especially if it's a gym that literally provides punching bags. I'd much rather have someone using a punching bag next to me than another one of those NT normie fags with the copy+paste haircut and clothes with one AirPod in repeating TikTok phrases to their friend group.

Cardio is not needed for a good physique, but it is needed for good health, plus it makes keeping fat gain to a minimum on top of counting calories. It's not foundational but definitely a plus, specially if you want to be physically capable and want to make it past the age of like 50 without significant health complications. IT IS however VERY important if you're using any kind of SARM or anabolic steroid.

I like to do HIIT cardio, it is definately not "lazy" cardio and you have to be very careful about managing fatigue, recovering properly and keeping cortisol low, but it's much easier. The recommended cardio guidelines are 150 minutes of low-to-moderate intensity cardio, or 75 minutes of high-intensity cardio per week. Since I train 4 days a week, I much rather spend 20 minute on an assault bike than 40 minutes running on a treadmill.
