How important is muscle for young girls(14-18) Should I cut more aggressively?

The main question is how important muscle and if I should continue to cut more aggressive. Is it worth to safe more muscle(already lost a ton) and take a slower cut or should I continue my 1000cal diet to 10%bf to be finally done(My mental health is deteriorating) Am I too skinny muscle wise for a 14-15 gf? You can also guess my bodyfat if you want(most of my fat is in my face and tummy RIP). Don’t mind my autistic facial expressions

Most daily gym goers are narcissistic according to studies (I wouldn’t include myself) but I think my mean stare is just a self defense mechanism

Slower cut if you want to continue cutting. I would suggest a recomp and really try going for increased time under tension to gain more muscle.

I do full body when I go to the gym, which means hitting the shoulders 5x a week. My shoulders are popping out like crazy since I’ve started doing this instead of cuck “Brosplit” or “PPL”.

The criteria for getting girls aged 14-16 is
-Face
-Don't have shoulders that failo you
-Be lean

Actual mass doesn't matter much but everyone can detect a framecel subconcsiously hence why they are never respected by normies
I'm not calling you a framecel, you are normal for your age but if you get leaner it may make you look like a bit of a bobblehead so gaining some shoulder mass will negate that potential failo

being in a calorie surplus, eat 1g of protein per pound of goal bodyweight, and get enough sleep
