The main question is how important muscle and if I should continue to cut more aggressive. Is it worth to safe more muscle(already lost a ton) and take a slower cut or should I continue my 1000cal diet to 10%bf to be finally done(My mental health is deteriorating) Am I too skinny muscle wise for a 14-15 gf? You can also guess my bodyfat if you want(most of my fat is in my face and tummy RIP). Don’t mind my autistic facial expressions
