just use water bottles, receipts do way more harm than them. and tap water has other chemicals in them and hormones for whatever the fuck reason. One thing I love to do is wake up at 7AM go to the supermarket and buy some cold big water bottles and drink it first thing in the morning

fluoride in toothpaste and tap water is there to strengthen your enamel; it's not going to "destroy your gains". microplastics in bottled water are overblown. if you're worried use a simple filter or RO system. but this isn't some magic looksmax hack, it's mostly cope. brush your teeth, drink water, stop obsessing nigga (bro)
