Sleeping on your back makes you more likely to mouthbreathe at night because gravity pushes your jaws back into your airway

sleeping on your back only prevents it from getting worse your assymetry won't be fixed by just sleeping on your back

I sleep on my back and chin tuck

sleeping on back gives bones more space to grow and doesn't compress your clavicles so i see it as a winif you don't get sleep apnea

Nothing else matters but breathing through your nose during sleep. The rest is mental masturbation.

Idk i can only sleep on my stomach with my head turned to one side at a time.
