How important is symmetry?

I don't see symmetry talked about a lot here.

I have a deviated septum (probably caused by my narrow palate) - its only mild, i.e. I can still breath out of both my nostrils, but my nose does go off to one side. I think my left side looks different to my right side because of this, especially from in between a profile photo to a side photo.

Mine looks a little like this:

Do you think its worth getting fixed?

Her face looks much more symmetrical in the after, i think it might be angles helping the symmetry.

And maybe, depends on how bad. Unless people notice or its very visible I'm not sure if its worth it.

I think it is a huge benefit for potential ascension, same as chin projection for bloating face render
