How important is the surgeon for Bimax?

I am just wondering because i'm not sure if insurance will cover the surgery if it was in another country and i dont really want to risk my face. Ive seen some crazy ascensions from bimax but also some really shitty looking results so id appreciate some help. I am planning to get sarpe and expand my palate first btw during wisdom teeth removal. Also if it does matter who are the best surgeons?

For every surgery the surgeon is the most important thing. I think the ones from Turkey are the best because all of turkish doctors specialeze in plastic sugery
