I look like a duck with my maxillary prognathic side profile, how do I fix it? I also have an overbite/overjet. Do braces fix this or do I need surgery? @The Grinch

It’s a terrible falio nobody should have prognathism in the west. We need to make sure everybody’s upper maxilla expands and the lower maxilla isn’t the most forward grown part of the face
