Surgery takes planning which takes time, I am losing weight in the mean time. I was 240lbs not lot ago, now I am 179.

Im not an expert but i think ur growth aka bones are above average you just need to raise your hyoid bone and get lean.
If by just raising your hyoid bone you can give urself better results than any surgery.
