18, 5'11 barefoot, 158lbs, untrained, never been to a gym in my life, I just do cardio and calisthenics. I feel like my shoulders are at least OK but my waist/hip area seems weirdly wide. I wear size 32 jeans. I also have mild gynecomastia if you couldn't tell.

Is there anything I can work on training or is it just fucked no matter what? And could you break down what's actually wrong skeletally, because I have a poor grasp of anything regarding frame.

your shoulders are atleast straight but still small, small chest and hips wider than your ribcage.

You cannot really rate your body until you worked out and achieved your max.
