Oh yeah I see now, something was up with the paranasal area. Either get some paranasal implants or leaflet 1, nothing too uncommon

Rhino and lefort 1 would ascend insanely hard. Also looking at the paranasal area, do you have issues sleeping or breathing? If so
Your leaflet 1 can be covered by insurance, and the surgery is very very low risk regardless of what people on the forum say, risk for complication is insanely low

Yeah you can definitely get it covered, your life, mental health, breathing, everything would improve greatly from lefort 1. Help in the maxilla area is life changing and will make your quality of life much better, you’ll have more energy, physical capibikity; and more. I would definitely try and receive lefort 1 if I were you

i had consulted a plastic surgeon he had said my maxilla is fine and i need a buccal fat removal coupled with dermal fillers on my less developed side(my right cheek) and rhino
he never mentioned about Le Fort 1
ill consult few other doctors too but what do u think about this doctor's conclution?

thats sound legit too, i think u should take a picture standing at least 3 meters away from camera and make a thread with it asking for surgeries, all the front profile pictures u sent are all affected by lens disortion
