I think Neutral CT / PCT the difference is minimal, but if you have really bad Negative CT your eyes seem "droopy" / lazy which is not attractive imo

Negative orbital vector can only be reversed with custom saddle infraorbital malar implants, like the ones OP had. If you have a negative orbital vector, bimax will only make it more noticeable by the contrast between your more advanced jaws and your still negative orbital vector.
