How is this guy so downgrown, yet have decently set cheekbones, and great under eye support?

I understand maxilla projection and cheekbones is mostly genetics, but surely if his mandible is this downswung, his maxilla should be very downswung as well.

Does that mean if his mandible grew properly, his maxilla, undereye support and cheekbones would be way better? How tf would that look?

Yh me too, that's why I'm asking, if his mandible grew properly, would that mean his upper jaw would be even better? How would that look? It's already great.
