How is this just fat and isnt gyno

could be either

if you flex your arm like that its normal to look like gyno in the chest if you got a little fat

squeeze your nipple, if you feel only soft tissue then its fat

if you feel a lot of fibrous harder texture then its gyno

I can feel rubbery when i squeeze

either way getting leaner and developing your pecs (just pushups for starters is already a good exercise) will help improve your pec aesthetics even if its not just fat tissue and you also got some gyno

Im taking raloxifene for gyno tho also will try to lose weight along side to see if i notice any difference
