Pushups 10x10 1 min rest

Dips 10x5 30sec rest

Upright rows with a heavy bag shoulder : 10x5 30 sec rest

Rows with 2 kg 20x10 30 sec rest for BACK

Squads 20x5

Better than nothing.

But you will gain no muscle whatsoever if you use no or just 2kg dumbells

Because of corona all homelgym equipment prices increased by 200% so buying now is also stupid

do pull ups if you don't have any decent weights, add weighted back pack for dips and pull ups
