How long does facial skin take to regrow?

Went full rage mode today due to acne which has been on my face and cut like 6 or 7 pimples directly from the root off with a knife, since I know facial products is a cope that doesn’t get rid of acne. I completely got rid of the acne but there are some cuts on my face (2 cm wide, 0.5 cm deep). How long does the skin take to regrow?

that might give u acne scars bro wtf. for me ive tried everything and the number one way to reduce acne scars is azelaic acid and methylene blue tret doesnt do shit for scars but can make your skin look young fresh and plump thereby reducing the failo scars are. or just apply makeup on the scars until ur skin fixes itself
