Yea, I know after starting gear your natural t is suppressed as early as 2 weeks on it, but I mean after finishing your cycle (on the long term). Some guys end up with permanently lower T than their baseline or even on TRT for life.

For example, my gymcel friend blasted tren (200mg) & test (250mg) for over 3 months, then blasted 500mg test right after for lots of weeks as well, then cruised test for multiple months while blasting masterone (and some hCG i believe, forgot if he used it during the cycle). Now he's spamming hCG before starting PCT but I doubt he'll recover decent level of testosterone after almost 12 months of suppression.

On that note, some guys do. Theres a youtuber called BlakeSpeaks i think, he roided for 2 years straight and recovered his Testosterone. But idk, it isn't guaranteed.

Ig the main problem is the compound tren for example bc they suppress the natural gonadial axis way harder and that's why recovering from that is way harder. From test only I assume you could go years with it and if you do it right recover and it should also work with other compounds just makes it a little bit harder. But many advanced people still come off cycle from time to time so maybe after your first 8 to 16week cycle check how your body handles the pct compounds.

Yes very high iq answer you acc seem more educated than I am Just avoid tren in your first cycle or if you really want to implement it then really low dose but tren first cycle is kind of retarded.

I only know stuff cuz I spend 90% of my time researching and 10% actually taking action But yea, I won't do tren, I decided I'm not that desperate

Interesting where do you do your research. I personally use Google scholar and Gemini but Ai only helps really badly

I usually go on the BOTB (or its equivelant) sections in multiple forums (.is, .org, .com...), try to find high IQ tiktok accounts (usually users from org who just leak threads on Tiktok), or speed through threads by asking AI to summarize them for me.

For AIs, I use Deepseek and Grok for research. They're the easiest to jailbreak with the right wording and can give you full protocols and info. You just have to know what to write.

Also i forgot to mention tiktok it's so underrated for information there is no other platform with so much knowledge so many ideas and opinions in one place and I gives many ideas but you really gotta find the right accounts as you said

Yea but note that deepseek at first will give u the default AI answer ("I'm sorry, I can not help with..."), you have to learn how to jailbreak it first. It took me weeks to learn. Grok is faster for 18+ results but slower with giving "dangerous advice".

Also, there are people who leak looksmaxx content creators' courses, you can try to download them for free and check them out. These leaks are all over discord and tiktok.

YouTube is also good if you find niche looksmaxers there, and you can also try joining discord servers or discovering niche looksmax forums (through tiktok or discord). I can give some but they don't like being leaked for some reason ("newfags join and ruin our forum")
