Depends how fast you build muscle

You don’t have to train it very often, the same amount you would do for maintenance

uhh depending on freq and genetics prob like a month to see results. and i wouldnt say you need to consistently train it, that being said if you dont give stimulus it will atrophy. same as any muscle ig
