I want to change something lets say; diet

Theres ongoing debate about best diet so I conclude I should experiment with different things.

Certain diets may suit different people is maybe why theres no certainty which is best.

So I change one variable at a time and observing the changes.

How long should I test each diet to see changes?

Same question for stuff like skincare, hair etc










(Don’t lecture me on why “x” diet is the best. If you have faith “x” diet is really optimal, I’ll find out eventually through experimenting so there’s no need to spout propaganda)
