Never starve yourself dude. You will fuck up your metabolism and hormones, not to mention losing a lot of muscle mass. Intermittent fasting is alright every once in a while. But extreme diets like these do more harm than good. Find out what your basal metabolic rate is, and add on your daily calories burned. From there try to aim for maybe -300 calories of your daily energy expenditure. There are good calculators on the internet to help you find the right numbers. It’s not healthy to lose weight super fast. You should aim for no more than -0.5kg pr week, although you will probably lose more in the first few weeks due to losing water weight (you will piss a lot). After a while you will hit a plateu, and that’s when your recalculate and lower calories slightly more. When you are happy with your fat% you can add more calories until you reach your weight maintenance level.
