Im getting a fucking awful headache in the center of my face and im drinking alot of salt water ik someone will call me retarded for doing ts but i couldnt find a better option to fix my constant bloating and gas after a meal, im noticing improvements after 2 days.

if ur head is aching ur probably lacking macros and micros so have a balanced diet and try to hit everything you need

A full rounded carnivore.
not just steak all day
you need light excercise,
personally i eat lemon,
fruits.

idk, i do keto and it took me like 3 weeks + for my body to fully adapt idk tho about your diet, im just trying to help with my experience

i was addicted to sweets back then, and i was also doing it by myself without any guidance which is kinda my fault
 
if you cant get high quality raw organs regularly don't do carnivore diet or you'll fuck up your body

if you're really worried, then just eat less and less carbs by each day eventually youll eat none.
but you should still eat berries

Wdym raw organs, i eat alot of liver since its cheap asf and fatty cut of meats almost everyday and chicken

Indeed there’s a Time of adaptation, personnaly I didn’t get headaches but I was really tired And I had trouble digesting so I was bloated and I had a stomachache and also due to poor digestion i got hella acne / hormonal acne then after 2 weeks I have lot a energy , good digestion , no acne , everything good

keep in mind some poeple cant digest diary so no group of food perfect

animal based is the best option. avoid salt. drink a lot of freshly squeezed orange juice if you have access to it

I tried low fodmap like 5 times already and after every meal i feel bloated and gassy and im not doing this because some idiot told me to, i found studies about starving the small intestine bacteria so i can get rid of the overgrowth in my intestine and their primary food source is carbohydrates so i either do this or suffer from chronic inflammation and IBS
