how long should you thumbpull for?

if you recessed- few minutes every hour
if you not- 15 or 20 mins per day its enough

as much as you want to cope with

if someone is not recessed (This doesnt exist nowadays) it would not need to thumbpull

mfer orthodontia recommend FOURTEEN hours of mechanical facepulling to people with split sutures and u think a couple minutes with ur thumbs will do anything in a fused palate

I don't need lefort 10

Even if you have Jordan Barret levels of forward growth you arent getting a millimeter more by thumb pulling for a few minutes

And actual jfl thinking you saw results after 1 day, youd have to move your bone atleast 0.5mm to see anything at all

until you rip your head off
