How long till i start to feel sides on isotretinoin?

So i bought another brand of isotretinoin after the last one i bought from pctzone smelled strongly of curry, the one I've bought still have a slight bad odor when i put it directly on my nose, but I've been taking it 20mg a day for a week but i still didn't get any sides, when am i supposed to get sides or is this fake again.

i’ve been on for around a month 20mg just dry lips and dry skin however i’m getting a lot of blackheads and experiencing a minor purge

Yeah basically pushing the clogged oils out your pores it’s no where near as bad as people say though not for me anyway

A week is a short time and 20mg is a moderate dose. You probably won’t get sides besides having to use chapstick more often after 2-3 weeks
