if you eat 1000 calories per day and your tde = 2500, that’s a 1.5k deficit daily

starting at 20% bf, lean mass = 139.2lb, fat mass =34.8lb, meaning you'll have to lose half that fat (17.4lb)

What? Idk wtf you on, but I’m 6’2 and I eat about 300 calories a day for matainence, so if I eat sub 1k or 800 calories a day for 30 days +cardio won’t get me to 10%??
