How long to see results on Beta Carotene?

How long did it take you to see results on beta carotene?
 
i've been taking it for ages and no results, i think it differs between different people and there's no straight answer to this question

Just up the fucking dose it doesnt differ from peopl3 to peope JFL

I take 20,000 IU from pills and eat usually about 3-4 carrots a day and tomatoes everyday. I've been doing that for very long and my skin is pale
 
imagine not eating homecooked meals with carrots, sweet potatoes and peppers all the time during lockdown
