This shit is part of the reason that bimax is so expensive and will stay so expensive. I am assuming this is the anesthetists job. Doesn't get talked enough about, despite it being a part of many surgeries. If anesthetists were slaves, bimax I guess might be maybe 2-3k cheaper.

honestly the only bimax with implants Ive seen go well so far in the "looksmaxxing space" has been @midfacedeficient 's with mehmet and him bringing his own custom implants without giants help. Other than yk the huge skeletal deficiency that midfacedeficient had I wonder what else separated his result from these continuous 'botch' jobs cause midface had a super good result imo. Im hoping that timothys case somehow gets way better but yeah this is pretty worrying.

There are probably a lot of reasons, but the one I noticed when I looked at his before and after: He was jacked as hell. Body halo is a real thing. After surgery he has an incredibly masc appearance. Could you imagine how he would look after the surgery if he was skinny with 0 muscle? It would look ridiculous. In fact someone do a morph of that
