it’s hard in the first few weeks

i notice this with every new good habit i start to do

but after a couple weeks honestly it becomes second nature. everyday after waking up i walk downstairs and shower/brush my teeth/skincare without even thinking about it. back when i first started shit took so much willpower just to do those 30 min tasks every morning

Yea bro i feel you. I used to never brush my teeth when i was in elementary and hated doing it until i just started one day and became consistent. Now I brush everytime before I go out even if i already brushed like 3 hours ago in the morning.
