I have hEDS along with lots of other common comorbidities such as POTS ADHD ASD etc which are all linked to vitamin D deficiency found out i have a very severe (imo very likely chronic) vitamin D deficiency, i have D3 forte 1000IU & K2 MK-7 100mcg tablets, aiming for at least 20k-50k+ IU of D3 weekly. What would be a good dosing schedule and what positive and negative effects are to be expected at different dosage ranges?

The main danger of high D3 dosages is the hypercalcaemia in the blood leading to a variety very complex issues
Nevertheless there are people who took way over 300k IU at once and didn't suffer. Why?
Because D3 (cholecalciferol) is NOT the active for of vitamin D. The active from is Calcitrol (or 1,25(OH)2D3) which converts from calcidiol (25(OH)D3) (from cholecalciferol) in the kidneys. It releases slowly in such patients
There is risk taking such high dosages, but make sure to test it on yourself. I wouldn't go over 10k IU a day, 5k is just fine. And MK7 is hard to overdose.
