im 14, 5'10 and 142lbs about to start hgh, test and aromasin. how many days should i be in the gym to increase release of hgh and balance everything.

cuz test ain't healthy at any age and especially not when ur 14 since it screws your hormonal system.
and HGH probably isn't that good for you either.

in response to your question you should be exercising however many days, depending on the intensity you train.

ie, if you go all out to failure each set and allat do like 3 days a week.
but if its general training and not to failure and yk then 4-6 days a week should be good.

You are just starting puberty, it's unwise to use any drugs, your body would be producing massive amounts of HGH and testosterone NATURALLY.

im not sure if im producing too much test as of now considering i still look quite feminine in some ways, i appreciate your advice but i would like more masculinity,

the hgh is mainly just for my height to expand past my genetic potential.
 
why would you take test at 14???? you are potentially going to destroy your hormones for the rest of your life.

once you hop off gear your body forgets how to produce test naturally. There are super muscular body builders who will have single digit test cause of previous PED abuse.

Maybe it won't fuck you up for the rest of your life but it will fuck your test production in your teenage years and stunt development. Seriously don't do it.

You won’t start anything. Shit is way too expensive. Just go to the gym 3 to 5 times a week, eat in a slight caloric surplus, increase the weight you are moving over time and do sprints. Eat less sugar and stay hydrated. Get enough sleep and don’t drink alcohol. That’s gonna be enough for the next 2 years and you probably won’t even manage to do that

You are not responsible enough to run gear at 14, nor do you understand what it does to your body. I can tell you wouldn’t even get your bloodwork done regularly. You can think about gear when you have gone to the gym consistently, slept well and ate well and enough consistently for a few months, a year or so.

I am not saying you shouldn’t roid as a teen. But you need to be completely dialed in not to fuck yourself over for ever. You need deep deep knowledge of the gear you are taking and of what it actually, on a biological level, does to you. And judging by the fact that you are asking questions about dosage, the simplest thing ever, on a looksmaxxing forum, shows that you are NOT ready. You would start without knowing how you go off without losing muscle, you would fuck your development for ever, maby even go infertile. Just train for a year with perfect consistency, dial in food and sleep, sprint. Eat calcium and other bone supporting minerals and learn about your body. THEN come back and think about this again. But this one question alone shows you aren’t ready and that you would cause much more damage then you would have benefit.
