i have a list of problems with my face and it's pretty big:
bad bone structure, low bone mass or density, low testosterone, thin neck, flat brow rodge, bad skin, short ramus, face fat, double chin, round wide cheekbones, flat cheekbones, bimaxillary protrusion, underbite, crossbite, recessed maxilla and possibly mandible, eyebags,flat face, facial assymetry,cheek fat, buccal fat alot, bloated,small masseters, thin lips
