You find it hard to understand, just measure from the neck/throat to the end of the chin with your fingers, see how many fingers fit on this surface, my theory is that at least 4 fingers should fit perfectly.

5 fit mine and also not everyones fingers r the same size so its gonna vary

i dont what head tilt is good for this because i can fit a extra finger if i raise my head up

I guess this works but you can easily see forward growth from a side angle as well
