did a high protein diet made a huge impact :unsure:
 
Sometimes 0, sometimes 200. It's random everyday lmao

like 110 reallistically. Was at like 160 for a couple months didnt notice a difference
 
I consume 1300 calories every day

Probably 125 on a cut, and 155-170 on a bulk.

I only know that it is far too little, I notice it when I ejaculate, I notice it on my skin all over my body, protein is essential for all of this. I'm too lazy to buy myself protein powder. maybe because it is also very expensive. i'm not a big eater either, i definitely can't cover my daily protein requirements with normal food. the only thing i know is that i'm eating too much carbohydrates and that's like eating shit. But what can you do..

Once you get around 0.8 gs/lb of protein, more does absolutely nothing.

Could even go down to 0.6 gs/lb, and there will be very little if any difference in results.

Near the end of a bulk and I’m eating 140 grams (minimum) daily.

It made a huge difference from when I never tracked it before. Turns out I was protein deficient. My muscle gains in one year out did the previous 3 once I got my protein in check.
When I cut down to 11% bf I did 200gm/day and barely lost any strength or arm circumference.
 
High Protein is a big scam
