take it off when you sleep
if it says you got bad sleep it'll placebo effect you to be tired all day
but if it didn't tell you and you thought you got good sleep then it'll placebo effect you to be energised

No cons

Pros = Longer sleep, easier to fall asleep, increases sleep quality, and worth it

well whats the cons and pros of melatonin, and is it worth it ?
melatonin is bad because in a long term scale it doesn't help

because when you start taking it long-term your body decreases the amount of melatonin it produces so you will end up reliant on melatonin with no benefits
