I currently have a bf over 15 I should be on 18 or so I weigh 66 kg and do cardio and weight lifting regularly I am thinking what is the best strategy to leanmaxxing as fast as possible and get to 10/12 bf

Should I do a water fast and sacrifice some muscle? I have no money to pay for appetite suppressing drugs, but to reduce hunger I sometimes take caffeine or dip my face in a bowl of cold water and the hunger goes away temporarily

Depends on how hard you go

It can take months, even years of you do it the slow way
I've been taking the long route because I've lost nearly 30 kgs
Went from 95+kg to 72kg in about a year and half

Yeah both Ritalin and adderall xr versions nuke my appetite below zero. Untill they wear off at least u can get insanely hungry at night. But for women try not to cut very quickly as skeleton look isn’t super attractive lmfao. Take test or sarms and do a longer cut to keep muscle

66kg is already light AF, if you are taller than 5'9 you should be bigger

You can get lean extremely fast through a PSMF diet (0.8 gs protein/lb, minimal fat, minimal carbs) and spamming low intensity cardio (1+hour/day).

Keep training volume for lifting low (1-2 sets/muscle/workout) to minimize fatigue while still lifting as heavy to maintain strength.

Only eat lean protein sources (chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, fat free greek yogurt) and vegetables (spinach, broccoli).

I've successfully done this approach several times, and much prefer it to slow cuts.
