I have been for like 4 years but im genuinely about to quit from how people say it stresses the body and fucks you up. might just do compounds 3-4x a week but yeah im a manlet gymcell foid lover 💔

Hypertrophy period lasts 36 hours before atrophy kicks in

Either every day frequency with ant post split or UL

or FBEOD are the best splits because of this

So either training half ur body every day or ur full body every other day

i go 3-4x a week hit 2.2g x my bw in kg of protein, restrict my fat consumption to 90g max and train harder than last time, chasing 70% of jeff seids physique, been training almost 2 years consistent

Then got banned after that for a misunderstanding about an acc that got flagged as my alt

agreed, you can continue to gain strength and size lean tho in a small caloric surplus, in small increments gradually increasing weight whilst staying within the range of 10-15%bf max

muscle growth is absolutely a metabolic process, hypertrophy is literally anabolic metabolic process, also when in a surplus its infact the opposite to what u mentioned, you receive more time in an anabolic state which means a lagrer hypertrophy eindow surplus supports mps

I stopped cuz muh depression and now im starting again but im way less motivated:ogre: cause I dont believe the gymcel propaganda anymore u see on self improvement tiktok

i look like total shi rn, im cutting for another 2 months than im gonna just go on a mass gaining diet and get up to 190 lean

Gym is absolutely not cope , i think $ is tbh . Most women already have their own income they are basically just looking for attractive men .
