Tried it consistently for almost two months got nothing.

Tried on fingers got *some* lenght. Minimal gains tho (2-3mm) i measured correctly ao theres that.

Tyler grew roughly 1'5 inches in total doing all of his various shit and currently he attributes it to dynamic lsjl (literally smashing bone in thr place of metaphysis with dumbbell jfl) but even he is not certain so yeah.

Bro, LSJL takes months to years to work, and just taking "some calcium" won't make it work any better
